NYC finally found a solution to trash spilling onto the street, the mythical Garbage Can

Remember when outdoor dining sheds were the new hotness during COVID? Then you slowly realized you were sitting on plastic tools eating next to a pile of garbage… yeah the high wore off pretty quick. Now dining sheds should be fully removed until next spring and there will be more strict guidelines on what counts as an outdoor dining shed (looking at you Lil’ Frankies)
I was wondering why my eyes were freezing in their sockets, but turns out NYC will be colder than Alaska for most of the week. Time to start the winter hibernation
